This week I have been mostly looking at my Mac SE/30. I felt it should give a run in the park (my Mac room actually.) You can see a photograph of it in this post. The capacitors are gone, which means that it takes 5 minutes to start up, but once up it’s fine. [...] Dude! – and that’s not a word I like – why the fuck would you want to put Windows 2K inside an SE/30? “Because you can” is simply not good enough. Simply the cutest Mac ever made, stil going strong 15 years after discontinuation. While browsing a couple of Mac sites recently I came across this screen shot from the glory days of monochromatic System 7. Best of all is, this grab shows my all time favourite Mac word processor, Nisus Writer.
